Aurizon
Aurizon is a Australia’s largest freight rail company, and their Customer Portal booking service is used by staff who are located all over Australia.
The problem
Aurizon updated their national booking service for the first time in many years and consequently they had to re-educate staff on best practice ways to navigate the new Customer Portal. To facilitate this, we were tasked with creating an eLearning module with an accompanying video.
The solution
I was appointed lead designer on this project. Working within established brand standards for Aurizon’s instructional video content, I ensured all visual assets remained consistent with their existing learning materials. Where no design framework existed for the course interface, I took ownership of the UI direction, developing the visual approach from concept through to final delivery in consultation with the Art Director.
